(Portland, OR)  --  The Steel fell to the Storm, 41-40, when Tampa Bay blocked Portland's last-second field goal attempt at Amalie Arena on Saturday night.  The Steel dropped to 2-and-13 with the loss.  They'll wrap up the regular season next Monday night against the LA Kiss at the Moda Center.  The game will coincide with Portland's Fan Appreciation Night.
