Starting with Prep Volleyball…The 3rd ranked and I-M-C leading Lady Lava Bears of Bend improve to 11-and-5 with a straight set win over Redmond.
Summit keeps within reach of Bend for the IMC crown as the Storm blank Mt. View, 3-zip.

In the 4-A Tri-Valley…2nd rated Crook County sweeps Estacada; Madras goes down 3-games to one at Gladstone, and third ranked Sisters blanks Sutherlin 3-zip. And…in 2-A net action, #2 Culver (18-1) goes the distance to put away #5 Weston-McEwen 3-2.

Tomorrow, Bend High will host the annual famed ‘Clearwater Classic’ with many of the state’s top-ranked Volleyball teams in all divisions including Crook County and Sisters taking on the top 6-A powers in the State.

Under the Friday Night lights tonight…the IMC championship on the line on the west side of Bend when the 2nd ranked Summit Storm host #6 Bend.

Mt. View entertains Pendleton, and Ridgeview on the road at Hermiston and Redmond travels to Hood River.

Sisters ventures to Elmira while Crook County visits Molalla looking for their first win, and Madras greets Gladstone.

Showdown for the 3-A Mountain Valley League lead when 8th ranked and 4-and-0 La Pine visits Coquille. Culver is at Grant Union…Gilchrist hosts Hosanna Christian of Klamath Falls and North Lake travels to Triad tomorrow.
