(Seattle, WA) -- Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is now part of a group, led by entrepreneur Chris Hansen, seeking to build a sports arena with the aim of attracting the NBA and the NHL to Seattle. Wilson says he's partnered with the Sonics Arena Group to help bring pro basketball and hockey to "the best fan base in the world." Hansen wants to build the new arena in Seattle's Sodo district, next to Safeco Field. The "Seattle Times" reports the group will be competing with two California-based groups looking to remodel Key Arena.
