(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Timbers and their fans are celebrating the one-year anniversary of winning the MLS Cup.  Players, fans and even team owner Merritt Paulson took to social media to celebrate.  The Timbers defeated the Columbus Crew 2-1 last year to earn the title.
