(New York, NY)  --  Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard will be sitting out this year's NBA All-Star Game.  He was bypassed as a reserve on the Western Conference roster.  The backups were revealed last night after the starters were named last week.  This year's game is February 19th in New Orleans.
