3rd ranked Summit boys saw their 9-game win streak snapped last night on their home floor as the Bend Lava Bears pull out a 68-67 win last night. It was the second clash of the IMC top two teams in a week. The Storm suffer only its second loss of the year against 14-wins. The win keeps Bend in a second place tie with Mt. View in the IMC. Mt. View won the battle of the views last night easily in Redmond as the Cougars ran by Ridgeview, 50-31.

In the 4A division, 6th ranked Sisters was idle and remains in a 3-way tie atop the Sky-Em. The Outlaws travel over the hill to Sweet Home Friday.
 
Meantime, Madras blitzed Crook County by 33 points as the White Buffs roll 69-36.  Trinity Lutheran blasted Central Christian, 57-33 and North Lake loses on its home floor to Paisley, 46-39.

In Girl’s action, 5th ranked Bend beat 8th ranked Summit for the second time in a week as the Lady Lava Bears win on their home floor, 67-54.  Bend with a one full game lead over the Lady Storm atop the IMC with an 11-and-8 record under Head Coach Todd Irvin. The Bears play at Mt. View Friday night.
