(Seattle, WA)  --  The MLS Champion Seattle Sounders will open their home schedule this coming season against the New York Red Bulls at CenturyLink Field with an expanded seating capacity.  The current capacity is just under 40-thousand, but the team will make additional seats available in the stadium's 300 level.  Team officials haven't yet announced how many more seats will be added.  The home opener will be played on March 19th.
