(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon football is hiring Marcus Arroyo as its co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks and tight ends coach.  Arroyo spent two years as the running backs coach at Oklahoma State.  He replaces David Reaves, who was fired just days into his tenure after being arrested for DUI.
