(Orlando, FL)  --   The Portland Trail Blazers return to action tomorrow following the NBA All-Star break when they visit the Magic in Orlando.  Portland is in the midst of a three-game slide putting them at 23-and-33.  They're two games out of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.  The Magic are 21-and-37.
