(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers overcame 45 points by Russell Westbrook to beat the Thunder 114-109 at the Moda Center.  Damian Lillard had 33 points for Portland, which outscored OKC 33-to-24 in the fourth quarter.  The Blazers improved to 25-and-35.  They host the Nets tomorrow night.
