(New York, NY)  --  Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is the Western Conference Player of the Month.  Lillard averaged 29.1 points and six assists per game, while helping the Blazers to a 13-and-3 March.  Head coach Terry Stotts was also named Western Conference Coach of the Month.
