(Minneapolis, MN)  --  Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard's mid-range jumper rimmed out as time expired to clinch a 110-109 win for the Timberwolves at the Target Center.  Lillard finished 7-of-21 from the field for 25 points.  The Blazers are a game-and-a-half ahead of the Nuggets for the eighth spot in the Western Conference.  The Blazers visit the Utah Jazz tonight.
