(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon guard Tyler Dorsey is taking his game to the next level.  Dorsey has declared himself eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft and plans to hire an agent.  He leaves with two years of eligibility remaining.  The sophomore averaged 14.6 points per game this past season.
