(Eugene, OR)  --  The nation's top-ranked female runner is committing to Oregon.  Lauren Rain Williams is joining the Ducks track program.  Williams is the fastest 200-meter runner in the United States.  She originally signed a national letter of intent with USC, but de-committed.
