(Chicago, IL)  --   The NBA Draft Lottery gets underway tonight in Chicago. The top-14 positions in the upcoming draft will be solidified.  The Blazers have been linked to Oregon guard Dillon Brooks.  Portland owns the 15th, 20th and 26th overall picks in this year's draft, which takes place June 22nd.
