(Bend, OR)  --  Oregon State is moving back its Friday football scrimmage from an afternoon start to 7:30 p.m.  With 100-degree temperatures forecast, the Beavers opted to change the starting time.  OSU coach Gary Anderson confirmed freshman defensive end Issac Garcia has left the program for personal reasons.
