(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers are signing guard C.J. Wilcox to a two-way contract.  The 26-year-old has played in 66 career games with the Magic and Clippers.  Wilcox was the 28th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.  Two-way contracts are new deals that allow players to spend up to 45 days with the NBA club and the rest of the season with a G-League team.
