(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers are moving on from forward Andrew Nicholson.  Portland waived Nicholson on Wednesday and are using the stretch provision to spread out his salary cap hit.  The Blazers acquired him in the Allen Crabbe trade last month.  He's entering the second year of a four-year, 26-million-dollar deal.
