(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers will host the Phoenix Suns tonight in their first of six preseason games.  Tipoff is 7 o'clock at the Moda Center.  A dozen Portland players return from last season, but forwards Caleb Swanigan and Zack Collins are expected to contribute as rookies.
