(Portland, OR)  --  Damian Lillard scored 16 points with eight assists in the Trail Blazers' 106-101 preseason win over the Raptors at the Moda Center.  C.J. McCollum added 15 and hit four threes for Portland, which is 1-and-1 to start its six-game exhibition slate.  They're at the Clippers on Sunday.
