(Phoenix, AZ)  --  Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic will not play tonight against the Suns.  He has been ruled out of the preseason game in Phoenix with a concussion.  He likely suffered the injury Monday in a Portland victory at Sacramento.  Nurkic has 16 points and seven rebounds against the Kings.
