(Portland, OR)  --  The Timbers will be back on the pitch this coming Sunday to wrap up the regular season.  Portland has already clinched a spot in the MLS playoffs will welcome the Vancouver Whitecaps with the top-spot in the Western Conference on the line.  Portland has won both matchups between the clubs this season.
