Oregon will face Central Arkansas tomorrow night in Eugene.  The Ducks improved to 9-and-3 after a 68-61 road win Saturday at Fresno State.  Oregon State is off the court until Thursday when it will play at Kent State.  The Beavers have won six straight after beating St. Louis 63-60 on Saturday in the Dam City Classic in Portland.  The Portland State Vikings' next game is Thursday at Cal.  The Vikings are 9-and-3 after routing Linfield 116-71 on Saturday.  Portland University will welcome Hartford tonight to the Chiles Center.  The Pilots are 4-and-7 after an 89-76 road loss Saturday to Seattle
