(Undated)  --  In area college basketball,  Oregon will face Central Arkansas tonight in Eugene.  The Ducks are 9-and-3.   Oregon State will seek its seventh straight win tomorrow night when it plays at Kent State.  Portland State will play tomorrow night at Cal in Berkeley.  The Vikings are 9-and-3.   Portland University beat Hartford 78-67 last night at the Chiles Center.  The 5-and-7 Pilots will play tomorrow night at Sacramento State.
