(Tucson, AZ)  --  The Portland Timbers will play the San Jose Earthquakes in their first preseason game on Wednesday at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.  The Timbers are training in Tucson.  They will open the MLS season on March 4th at the Los Angeles Galaxy.
