(Tucson, AZ)  --  The Portland Timbers lost to FC Dallas 2-1 in a preseason game Saturday in Tucson.  Samuel Armenteros scored the Portland goal.  The Timbers will play again Wednesday against the New York Red Bulls in Tucson.  The Timbers will open the MLS season on March 4 at the LA Galaxy.
