(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers are off the court for the NBA All-Star break.  They will return to action Friday at Utah, which owns an 11-game winning streak.  Portland is 32-and-26 and tied with Denver for sixth in the Western Conference.  The Thunder are a half-game in front of both.
