(Reno, NV)  --  Portland State will face third-seeded Eastern Washington tonight in the Big Sky Tournament quarterfinals.  The Vikings beat Sacramento State 71-66 in the first round on Tuesday.  Portland State improved to 20-and-12 overall and 9-and-9 in the Sky.  The Vikings and Eastern Washington split their regular-season games.
