(Portland, OR)  --  Damian Lillard logged 32 points and 10 assists as the Trail Blazers turned back the Heat 115-99 at the Moda Center.  Lillard hit 7-of-14 from three to help Portland stretch its winning streak to 10 straight games.  The Trail Blazers are third in the West at 41-and-26, two games ahead of fourth-seeded Oklahoma City.
