(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon's second week of spring football practice is underway.  The Ducks held their fourth practice on Monday.  Coach Mario Cristobal says he hopes to have 80-to-90-percent of the playbook installed by today, the final practice of the week.  Oregon resumes practice after spring break on April 3rd.
