(Eugene, OR)  --  The Oregon women's basketball team will be at home to open the NCAA Tournament.  The Pac-12 regular-season and tournament champs are seeded second, their highest ever.  The Ducks play 15th-seeded Seattle U. on Friday.  Oregon State is seeded sixth and will play Western Kentucky Friday in Knoxville, Tennessee.
