(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers and Jazz finish off the regular season against each other tonight at the Moda Center.  The winner will be the three-seed in the West behind the Rockets and Warriors.  Both teams are 48-and-33.  Utah beat Golden State 119-79 last night.
