(Portland, OR)  --  The NBA Playoffs tipoff tomorrow.  The Blazers wil take on the New Orleans Pelicans in the first round.  The teams split four games in the regular season.  Game One is tomorrow at the Moda Center at 7:30 p.m.  Game Two will also be in Portland before the series heads to New Orleans for Games Three and Four.
