(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Timbers owner Merritt Paulson is being fined by the MLS for criticizing the officiating in last week's match.  Paulson made a comment on his Twitter account that suggested the referees made the wrong call, which resulted in his team losing to Orlando City 3-2 on April 8th.  MLS commissioner Don Garber announced the fine yesterday, but did not disclose the amount.
