College Baseball Roundup

(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon State banged out 19 hits and scored eight runs in the sixth to defeat Oregon 10-0 in Eugene.  Tyler Malone had a pair of ground-rule doubles in the sixth when the Beavers sent 13 men to the plate.  The Ducks managed just three hits off Beavers pitchers Christian Chamberlain, Brandon Eisert and Nathan Burns.  The Beavers improved to 36-7-and-1, going 5-and-0 against the Ducks.  Oregon dropped to 22-and-24.

Portland set season-highs in hits and runs in beating Seattle 13-2 in Bellevue, Washington.  The Pilots finished with 18 hits to up their record to 18-and-26.  The two teams will conclude their season series today after splitting the first two games.
