On the prep diamond yesterday, Crook County beat Madras, 7-3 in Tri-Valley play. Madras hosts Corbett tomorrow to end the regular season and inspite of the loss yesterday, the Buffs advance to the Playoffs as the #2 seed, and Crook County nails down the final playoff spot as the third seed.

In the IMC, Redmond pounded Mt. View, 18-to-8 yesterday in the conclusion of a game that was suspended on Tuesday because of weather.

The win keeps the Panthers playoff hopes alive. The conference’s top three teams advance to post-seaon play. Mountain View entertains Ridgeview today, then closes the league schedule Monday at home against current IMC leader Bend.
 Redmond is at home Monday hosting Ridgeview to close out league play.

Today in non-league play, a couple of playoff bound teams battle in interleague play in Sisters when the Outlaws host LaPine starting at 3 O’clock.

La Pine will play an inter-league, non-league, twinbill tomorrow afternoon at Sisters taking on the Outlaws at 3pm. Sisters will head to State as the #2 seed from the Sky-Em League sporting a 16-and-8 mark.
