(Seattle, WA)  --  The Seahawks have agreed to terms with first round draft pick Rashaad Penny.  Seattle selected the San Diego State tailback with the 27th overall pick in this year's draft.  The Seahawks have now signed six of their nine draft picks.  Seattle also inked free-agent wide receiver Keenan Reynolds and free-agent linebacker Dadi Nicolas.
