(Seattle, WA)  --  Wade LeBlanc failed to make it out of the fifth inning, giving up seven runs on 10 hits, in the Mariners' 8-3 loss to the Astros in Seattle.  Nelson Cruz homered in defeat.  The loss dropped Seattle five-games behind Houston in the AL West.  The Mariners have lost four of six to fall into a tie with Oakland for the second AL wild card spot.  The Mariners owned an 11-game lead over the Athletics in mid-June.
