(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers will tipoff exhibition play on September 29th against the Toronto Raptors in Vancouver, Canada.  They will play on October 5th against the Suns in Phoenix.  Portland will close the preseason schedule with three games at the Moda Center.  They are October 7th against Utah, October 10th against Phoenix and October 12th against Sacramento.
