(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State will begin preseason football practices tomorrow.  Jonathan Smith is the Beavers new head coach.  Senior Jake Luton returns at quarterback, but is coming off a serious back injury that restricted him to four games last season.  Oregon State will open the season on September 1st at Ohio State.
