(Renton, WA)  --  Training camp rolls on today for the Seahawks at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton.  Seattle will return to the field tomorrow for another practice before players get a day off on Sunday.  The Seahawks are less than a week away from their preseason opener against the Colts on Thursday.
