(Oakland, CA)  --  The Mariners look to avoid the sweep today as they take on the Athletics in a divisional clash at the Oakland Coliseum.  Seattle continues to slip in the AL West standings after suffering back-to-back losses.  The M's are third in the division, trailing Oakland by one game and the Astros by four-and-a-half games.  The Mariners will send out Mike Leake, while the A's counter with Brett Anderson.
