Seahawks Release Brandon Marshall

(Renton, WA)  --  The Seahawks are shuffling the roster as they prep to host the Chargers on Sunday.  The team released veteran wide receiver Brandon Marshall yesterday.  The 34-year-old got just two offensive snaps against the Lions last Sunday and was targeted only twice in the last three games.  In other roster news, linebacker Mychal Kendricks, who was suspended earlier this month, will be eligible to play in Week 14.  Kendricks pleaded guilty to federal insider trading charges in September.
