(Eugene, OR)  --  The Oregon Ducks got a belated Christmas present.  Quarterback Justin Herbert, who was projected to be a likely top-10 pick in the 2019 draft, announced he will return to Oregon for his senior season.  Herbert threw for 2,985 yards and 28 touchdowns as a junior.  He has thrown for a touchdown in 27 straight games, the longest active streak. He is 96 yards shy of 7,000 career aerial yards.
