(Portland, OR)  --  The Trail Blazers continue their four-game homestand on Wednesday welcoming the Jazz to the Moda Center.  Portland is coming off a 120-111 win Saturday over Atlanta.  CJ McCollum logged his first career triple-double in the victory with 28 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.  Portland has won five of its last six.
