(Undated)  --  Defending College World Series champion Oregon State will open its season tomorrow against New Mexico in Surprise, Arizona.  The Beavers will play their first seven games in Surprise, the spring training home of the Royals and Rangers.  Pat Bailey is the interim head coach after Pat Casey retired after 24 seasons.  The Oregon Ducks will open their season tomorrow with a four-game series at Texas Tech.  Oregon went 26-and-29 last season.
