(Portland, OR)  --  The Timbers are ready for their MLS opener against the Rapids in Colorado on Saturday.  Portland is looking to defend their Western Conference crown this season and hopefully bring home an MLS Cup.  Portland won't play their first home game until June 1st due to Providence Park being expanded.
