(Renton, WA)  --  The Seahawks will use their franchise tag on defensive end Frank Clark.  He will receive more than 17-million dollars with the tag in 2019.  The team is still attempting to negotiate a long-term contract with Clark.  It is the first time since 2010 that Clark has used the franchise tag.
