(Renton, WA)  --  According to multiple reports, Seahawks pass rusher Frank Clark won't sign his franchise tag or be at training camp unless he gets a new deal.  If Clark opts for a qualifying offer instead of the tag, he will be a free agent at the end of the season.  Clark was drafted by the Seahawks in 2015 out of Michigan.
