(Phoenix, AZ)  --  Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and wife Ciara are scheduled to be at the NFL Owner's Meetings in Phoenix.  The meetings run until Wednesday.  Wilson and Ciara are expected to be guest speakers addressing the wives of NFL owners, general managers and head coaches.
